Rachel was a superb realtor for me. Below are categories that were important to me in a realtor and my evaluation of Rachel: Availability/Responsiveness: She responded to my emails/texts in minutes if not in seconds (really), and from about 7am to 10pm not just during business hours. She was even working with me on the phone at 9pm one night because a house I wanted was selling quickly. On the day I took possession of the house I bought there was a timing issue with people coming/going and I texted Rachel and she called me back in seconds and got everything taken care of. I think a person needs responsiveness from their realtor and she is super responsive. Expertise: She knew my area I was buying in so well that without having to do any research she knew things like if it was a desirable neighborhood (even down to within a few blocks), she knew street names, the schools, even walking distance to restaurants. She also has a law degree which gave me added confidence that she really knew all of the purchase documents so I didn’t need to worry about them. And she also has a lot of investor clients and knows which houses are excellent investments. Integrity: Her responsiveness didn’t end after the sale. I had to take care of some things after I took possession of the house and she was as responsive then as she was before the sale. She also told me to call her if I had any problems using the home warranty that was included in the purchase, which lasts a year (some appliances were past their lifetime period and she said she’ll fight the warranty company for me if I have any problems). You can have peace of mind with her – she will be acting with your best interests in mind during the whole time you are looking, and during escrow, and even after. Contacts/Additional Help: She knows a lot of people. She knew other realtors, she knew inspection companies, she knew an amazing contractor who helped me make changes to my house after I bought it, she even knew an a/c person who could install a new high-tech thermostat for me.

Rachel fulfills all the dimensions needed for her clients. Lets go through a few. Whether buying or selling, she is a researcher to know what price range is reasonable and market acceptable in the desired time frame. In the therapist role, she is a sounding board who will keep emotions from getting the better of you. As a JD, she brings that legal viewpoint to ensure no gotcha details spring up to derail a deal. Lastly, she is your advocate when the other side starts to become unreasonable.

Rachel is an incredible partner and realtor… I have worked with her for the last 14.5 years. She has helped us sell our home and has helped our friends and family as well. I am a first time home buyer and Rachel was a huge help every step of the way. I initially contacted Rachel after reading her positive reviews and she contacted me almost immediately. She helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a home and was always super responsive. I asked to see a condo (that I ended up purchasing) and she arranged a showing later that day. She made the offer and escrow process stress-free. She provided a schedule of events with what would happen and what I needed to do. Even though this was our second house purchase, there is no denying a great realtor can make or break you. We were referred to Rachel through a mutual friend, and upon meeting her, knew she was the right person to be on the hunt for us. And within 7 weeks, we had our dream home (cliche I know, but she did it!). Rachel is tenacious – if we had questions she couldn’t answer, she would be relentless until she got us the answer. This is where Rachel’s expertise took on new levels – she walked us through the whole process, and once our offer was accepted, continued assisting us with all the other crazy stuff you need to get done before it’s actually your home (inspections, walk through etc). This may sound too good to be true, but what stands out most is after 8 hours in a truck moving our stuff, and arriving at our house late afternoon, we were greeted with balloons, champagne, gifts and a lovely card.
