She would either respond promptly or send a message with a time frame. As a busy working professional, this was crucial. Rachel understands that time is important and will respect yours. 2. Conscientious: Rachel is thorough and detail-oriented. Though she does not represent you as an attorney, I personally felt at ease knowing I had her eyes on all documents. She went above and beyond and thoroughly explained things to me. This really helped ease my anxieties as a 1st time home buyer. 3. Experience: Rachel’s 18+ years of experience is evident. She knows all the North County neighborhoods and has a good gut sense of whether something is priced high/low/fair even before pulling the comps. 4. Owns her own business: I didn’t initially know this was an advantage, but you truly get a more personalized experience without any corporate red tape. 5. Supports her clients: Rachel was always in my corner. She persistently stuck with me for 6mo in a competitive pandemic market and recommended that I put in fair offers. When I got desperate and started exploring 1-BR condos, she encouraged me to stay patient and wait for a 2-BR as I would be much happier in the long run. If she had just wanted to make some quick money she could have easily done so, but it was more important to her that I found the right place. That speaks volumes to her character. 6. Assertive & genuine: Rachel is direct, effective, and unafraid to assert herself, which was a huge asset during my difficult closing. At the same time, she is genuine and down-to-earth. I was in the market for a very modestly priced condo, but I never felt like I was less of a priority. You can’t fake being a really kind, decent person, and Rachel is just is that.
