Rachel also goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience for her client, taking on tasks that are not even part of her job description. For example, when we ordered a sewer inspection for the house, the sellers requested that Rachel be there during the whole appointment (not something the buyer’s Realtor would normally do if the sellers are still living in the home). Rachel willingly met every inspector and always went the extra mile to ensure that our escrow process was easy and worry-free. Rachel is a delight to work with, and my husband and I will be recommending her to all our friends and family for their real-estate needs.

Boy Oh Boy. What can I say. First time selling a house. Couldn’t be happier. Take her advice. Within days we had an accepted offer. Closed escrow quickly and got more than asking price. All because I took her advice and did exactly what she suggested. Very knowledgeable. While I had no trouble selling my townhome, the exact same model down the street still sat on the market months later. I don’t doubt this is because my realtor knows how to do her job.
