My husband and I were very inexperienced about selling our home. [Rachel] has the ability to use words to explain the steps needed to sell that made sense instead of “realtor words” that didn’t make sense. She was always prepared, patiently explaining comps in our area to justify the amount to list our house, and explained all the CA required forms we signed. Rachel helped me in numerous ways to sell a home in Carlsbad. The home was owned by a trust, I have never lived in it plus I live over three hours away in Ventura County. She handled all the details for me including hiring contractors to paint, clean and provide staging services. She did an excellent job of keeping in touch through the entire process by phone, text and e-mail. All the paperwork was handled via DocuSign, a real blessing for me.
