My husband and I finally closed on our first home! It was a short sale that lasted 8 months! Rachel was responsive to the (many) emails/questions we had throughout the process…at certain points we were contacting her several times per day. She was always quick to respond – even at night and on weekends. She is very knowledgeable and helped to make this very very long process as smooth and comfortable as possible.
