Even though this was our second house purchase, there is no denying a great realtor can make or break you. We were referred to Rachel through a mutual friend, and upon meeting her, knew she was the right person to be on the hunt for us. And within 7 weeks, we had our dream home (cliche I know, but she did it!). Rachel is tenacious – if we had questions she couldn’t answer, she would be relentless until she got us the answer. This is where Rachel’s expertise took on new levels – she walked us through the whole process, and once our offer was accepted, continued assisting us with all the other crazy stuff you need to get done before it’s actually your home (inspections, walk through etc). This may sound too good to be true, but what stands out most is after 8 hours in a truck moving our stuff, and arriving at our house late afternoon, we were greeted with balloons, champagne, gifts and a lovely card.
