WOW. Rachel was a Godsend, especially as the market heated up just as we started looking again. Her investment in our satisfaction was apparent immediately. Clearly she was in it to be on our side, and not just in it for a sale. She walked us through a variety of options and situations. We walked her through a variety of neighborhoods and price points. She didn’t flinch, and was knowledgeable about all the areas that we were considering. Her expertise made the whole process so smooth.

Most important to me though, was her calm and supportive demeanor as she dealt with my steep learning curve, this being my first home purchase.
